On 3rd February. we sat down with Dominic Wheatley, CEO of Catalis Group to explore the importance of leadership in angel investment. Dominic joined UKBAA’s CEO Jenny Tooth OBE, to share his journey as an angel investor and what the role really entails. Dominic touched on why it is such an important role, and how angels can apply their industry knowledge and expertise to successfully lead a round. Along with sharing his insights on what it takes to lead a round, Dominic shared a bit of his background in the video games industry, including his time with Eidos Interactive and releasing renowned and famed video game, Tomb Raider.
